摘要:

以望亭发电厂 #3机组连续3次发生机组跳闸为例,介绍了 #3机组汽轮机和锅炉控制系统的构成及西门子T3000控制系统的特点,分析了机组跳闸的原因,指出了新系统消化、吸收、调试、设备选型中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract:

The unit No.3 of Wangting Power Plant tripped three times continuously. The composition of the turbine and boiler control system of unit No.3 and the features of SIMENS T3000 control system were introduced. The reasons of the unit tripping were analyzed. The problems existed in new system digestion, absorbing and debugging and device type selection were pointed out. The relevant solution was put forward.
