摘要： 摘要：2012年11月5日，托电公司外送母线有3条跳闸，导致 #1， #2， #3 和 #5 机组紧急停机。对事件处理过程中应急指挥管理、设备管理、运行管理、防寒防冻和后勤保障等方面进行分析，并给出了处置办法，供处理此类事件时参考。

Abstract: Abstract:At November 5, 2012, three of output transmission lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped, and this caused the units No.1, 2, 3 and 5 shut down urgently. The emergency command management, the equipment management, the operation management, the coldproof and antifreeze, the logistical support and others in accident treatment process were analyzed, and the disposal methods were given, which provide reference for similar event treatment.
