摘要: 摘要:介绍了某公司330MW机组循环水系统的运行现状,分析了影响凉水塔效率的因素,提出了一机两塔节能改造措施并进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,在单机运行期间,将2台凉水塔并联使用,可以充分利用备用凉水塔的冷却能力来增大冷却面积,提高机组的经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:The operation situation of the circulating water system of the 330MW unit in a power plant was introduced. The factors influencing on the efficiency of the water cooling tower were analyzed. An energysaving reformation method was proposed, in which two water cooling towers will be used for one power unit. The scheme had been test in production site. In the test, one of the two units is operating alone, and the water cooling tower of other standby unit was used parallel with that of the operating unit. The test result shows that the cooling capacity of the water cooling tower of standby unit was used to increase the cooling area, and the efficiency of the operating unit was enhanced.
