摘要:结合高磨损性物料、黏性物料等几种不同特性的物料,针对工程项目中带式输送机系统转接环节出现的料打料、受料胶带跑偏等常见问题,对物料转运装置的结构提出了设计方案,减少磨损,减少物料对下游胶带的冲击,达到不洒料、不跑偏的设计结果,实现料流通畅。

Abstract:

Abstract:Combining with several materials with different properties, such as high abrasiveness and viscidity, aiming at the common problems of the material transferring link of belt conveyor system in engineering projects, which include the materials hitting each other and the belt lateral misalignment, a design scheme of structure of material transferring device was proposed. The scheme has some advantages, such as to reduce the attrition, to lighten impact of material on the downstream belt, to avoid material spilling and belt lateral misalignment and so on. The design scheme is helpful to keep fluent material conveying.
