摘要: 摘要:通过建立供热机组热电比计算模型以及变工况计算,研究和分析了影响供热机组热电比的因素。研究结果表明:热电比与凝汽循环和供热循环输入热量之比、凝汽循环及供热循环的热电转换效率等因素有关,其中凝汽循环与供热循环输入热量之比影响最大,该比值增大,热电比下降。对某300MW供热机组变工况计算表明,其热电比随供热抽汽量的增加而增加,随机组电负荷的增加而下降,随供热抽汽压力的增加而增加,随主蒸汽温度及压力的增加而增加,排汽压力变化时热电比基本不变。

Abstract: Abstract:Through the establishment of the heattoelectric ratio calculation model in heating unit and variable condition calculation, this paper studies and analyzes the factors affecting the heattoelectric ratio in heating unit. The research results show that the heattoelectric ratio relates with the heat input ratio of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle, the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle and other factors. Among them, the heat input ratio of condensing steam cycle and heating cycle has the most impact. The ratio increases, the heattoelectric ratio decrease. The variable condition calculation of a 300MW heating unit shows that the heattoelectric ratio increases with the heating extraction quantity, and descends by the increase of the unit electric load, increases with the heating extraction steam pressure, increases with the main steam temperature and pressure, basically remain unchanged when the exhaust steam pressure changes.
