摘要: 三门核电有限公司AP1000机组汽轮机低压缸尺寸比一般汽轮机大,部件变形量也相对增加,需要考虑设备解体后部件防变形问题。介绍了低压缸检修时的防变形工艺,通过变形量的测量,验证了该工艺的有效性。

Abstract: The size of the LP cylinder of steam turbine of AP1000 unit in Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited is larger than general ones. So the deformation of its components increases relatively, and the problem of the deformation control after the cylinder was disintegrated must be considered. The deformation control technology in LP cylinder overhaul was introduced. The measurement result of the deformation shows that the technology is effective.
