摘要: 以望亭发电厂20世纪90年代投运的300MW机组为例,分析了分散控制系统(DCS)中存在的设备老化、可靠性低、备品卡件停产等问题,介绍了2010年机组大修时DCS的改造方案及具体实施过程,总结了DCS改造中软件功能优化、DEH系统程序移植、施工调试等过程中的成功经验,针对出现的问题提出了解决方法,供同类型机组DCS升级改造时参考。

Abstract: Taking the 300MW unit of Wangting Power Plant, which was put into operation in the 1990s , as example, the problems existed in DCS, such as that the devices were aged, the reliability of the system was lowered, the standby circuit cards supply was halted and so on, were analyzed. The reformation scheme of the DCS and the concrete implementation process during the unit overhaul in 2010 were introduced. The successful experiences obtained in DCS reformation processes, which included the software function optimization, the digital electrohydraulic control program porting, the construction debugging and others, were summarized. Aiming at the encountered problems, the solutions were proposed, which can be used as reference for similar units in DCS upgrade reformation.
