摘要: 介绍了HP型中速磨煤机的结构,对HP型中速磨煤机运行中的刮板磨损严重、石子中含煤、稀油站油质黏度下降、排渣气动门卡涩、热一次风调节门漏风、排渣时粉尘浓度大、机体耐磨衬板脱落等缺陷进行了分析,制订了可行的预防措施,杜绝了设备重复缺陷的发生,提高了磨煤机的运行可靠性。

关键词: 中速磨煤机, 刮板磨损, 油质黏度, 卡涩, 漏风

Abstract: The structure of HP type mediumspeed mill was introduced. The defects of HP type mediumspeed mill in operation, such as the serious wear of the scraper, the coal contained in discharged gravels, the decreased oil viscosity in lubricatingoil station, the jamming of slag discharging pneumatic gate, the air leakage in primary hot air regulating gate, the larger dust concentration during slag discharging, the falling off fault of the wearresisting scaleboard and others, were analyzed. The feasible preventive measures were formulated; the defects of the equipment were eradicated completely, and the operation reliability of the mill was enhanced.
