定子冷却水电导率增大的原因分析及改进措施

摘要: 针对300MW发电机机组定子冷却水系统电导率升高的情况,分析了定子冷却水电导率升高的原因,认真查找其存在的问题,进而制订了详细的改进措施。改进措施实施后,定子冷却水电导率明显降低。该方法可为同类型机组定子冷却水电导率升高的处理提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the increase of stator cooling water conductivity of a 300MW heat supplying power generator unit, the reasons of increase of stator cooling water conductivity were analyzed. The problems existed in the stator cooling water system were founded carefully. The improvement measures were formulated. After the improvement measures were implemented, the stator cooling water conductivity was reduced obviously. The method presented in this paper can be used as reference for the same type units to treat similar problems.
