阀门活动试验时中压调门自动全关的原因分析

摘要: 对汽轮机数字电液控制系统阀门活动试验时中压调门开启后自动全关故障进行了分析,检查出汽轮机数字电液控制系统阀门活动性试验逻辑不合理,提出了优化逻辑的方案,使得汽轮机数字电液控制系统阀门活动性试验逻辑更加严谨。

Abstract: In test of valve movability of steam turbine DEH control system, after the mediumpressure regulating valve had been opened, the valve closed off incorrectly by itself. The reason of the fault was analyzed. It was found by inspection that the logic of the test of valve movability of steam turbine DEH control system is irrational. The logic optimization scheme was proposed, which makes the logic of the valve movability test for the steam turbine DEH system to be more rigorous.
