摘要:根据国际水电工程总承包(EPC)项目及其风险管理的特点,结合喀麦隆某水电站项目风险管理实践,从风险识别与分析、风险估计与评价以及风险管理对策3个方面对风险管理进行阐述,并构建了国际水电工程EPC项目风险构造模型和风险层次模型。根据所建模型进行了风险识别,运用层次分析法进行了风险因素的权重计算并对项目风险后果严重程度进行了模糊评价,提出了风险管理策略和风险应对体系,可为我国水电工程企业在对国际水电工程EPC项目进行风险管理时提供参考。

Abstract:

Abstract:Starting with the characteristics of the risk management of the international EPC hydropower projects in combination with the risk management practice of a hydropower project in Cameroon, the writer describes the risk management in three aspects, namely the risk identification & analysis, risk assessment and risk management strategies. The writer builds the WBS model and risk level analysis model for an international EPC hydropower project with his own characteristics. The risks are identified according to the models that are built. The AHP analysis method is adopted for the weight calculations. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) is also applied to the assessment of the risk effect. According to the above research the writer puts forward “the risk management strategies and risk responses system” for an international EPC hydropower project. By doing so, the writer provides the Chinese EPC contractors references on the risk management of the international EPC hydropower projects.
