摘要:通过分析印度尼西亚2个建设-经营-转让(BOT)火电项目热耗相关因素对项目投资效益的影响,揭示了与电网公司所签定购电协议中燃料付款与机组性能试验、热耗、实际煤耗及机组效率的密切关系,指出在设计、监造、施工、调试、运行等过程中控制良好的热耗率,才能保证境外投资资金安全,获得最大收益。

Abstract:

Abstract:The factors were analyzed through the heat rate for the two Indonesia BOT thermal power projects related about affecting investment on the project . It was revealed that fuel payments and unit performance test of the grid power purchase agreement(PPA) signed by the company, which heat rate consumption, the actual coal consumption and the efficiency of the units are closely related to.During the design, supervision, construction, commissioning, operation stages and so on, the process was well controlled with the heat rate in the final, in order to ensure the safety of funds for the foreign investment, and then gain maximum benefits.
