摘要：以华电四川广安发电有限责任公司600MW直吹式锅炉为例，分析了借助生产数据实时监视系统和Excel表格计算，准确预知入炉煤掺配时煤种燃用时间的方法，采用该方法可节约优质煤，减少峰段负荷损失，为燃煤掺配和锅炉燃烧调整提供指导。

Abstract:

Abstract:Taking the 600MW directfired boiler of Huadian Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Company Limited as example, a calculation method was analyzed. In the method, the realtime production data supervisory system and the computation function of the Excel spreadsheet are used to predict the supportable time of each blended kind of existing asfired coal for the boiler combustion accurately. Which is helpful to save highquality coal and to reduce the load loss during load peak period，the computation result can provide guidance for the fuel coal blending and the combustion adjustment.
