摘要:北京某电厂所在地空气含尘量高且近年出现雾霾、沙尘暴等恶劣天气,造成燃气轮机进气系统过滤器堵塞过快,压差大,机组被迫下调负荷或停机。对存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改造方案,对燃气轮机进气过滤系统进行了改造,提高了机组运行的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a power plant in Beijing, because of the influence of the high dust content in air, the haze and sand storm, the air inflow filtering system of the gas turbine was clogged for shorter working time, and the pressure difference of the filter increased, which caused the unit to reduce the load or shut down. The existing problems were analyzed. The reformation scheme was put forward. After the air inflow filtering system had been reformed, the safety and stability of unit operation were improved.
