摘要： 摘要：介绍了面向通用对象的变电站事件的概念和基本功能，分析了在智能变电站中常用几种面向通用对象的变电站事件信号的测试方法。在测试中可根据设计原理模拟各种现象，以判断面向通用对象的变电站事件的报文接收方案是否满足设计要求。

Abstract: Abstract:The concept and basic functions of the generic objectoriented substation events (GOOSE) were introduced. The measuring methods of several GOOSEs commonused in intelligent substation were analyzed. In the measuring, according to the design principle, various phenomena can be simulated to decide if the GOOSE report receive scheme can meet the design requirement.
