摘要: 摘要:〖HTSS〗以AP1000机组汽轮机汽封总装间隙控制为例,分析了汽轮机间隙测量控制系统和常规间隙测量法的特点,比较了2种测量方法的优劣。采用汽轮机间隙测量控制系统进行测量,用常规间隙测量法进行验证,保证了汽封总装间隙的合理性。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the final assembly clearance control of the steam seal of the turbine in AP1000 nuclear power unit as example, the characteristics of the laser clearance measurement method and the characteristics of the conventional clearance measurement method were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared. The laser clearance measurement method was adopted for measuring, and the conventional clearance measurement method was adopted for verifying. So the rationality of the final assembly clearance of steam seal was ensured.
