有限握力悬垂线夹在输电线路中的应用

摘要: 摘要:为了避免输电线路导线因纵向不平衡张力过载而引起杆塔变形或倒塌,需要在输电线路悬垂线夹对导线的握力达到一定值时,线夹能自动释放导线。根据悬垂线夹最小握力及上限握力的要求,设计了有限握力悬垂线夹。论述了影响悬垂线夹的技术、环境因素,分析了有限握力悬垂线夹的应用情况。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to avoid the deformation or collapse of the towers in transmission line caused by unbalanced longitudinal tension above allowable value, it is required that when the grip strength of the suspension clamp on the wire reach certain value, the clamp can loose the wire automatically. According to the requirement of the minimum grip strength and the maximum grip strength of the suspension clamp, a limited grip strength suspension clamp was designed. The technical and environmental factors influencing on the suspension clamp were expounded, and the application of the limited grip strength suspension clamp was analyzed.
