摘要: 摘要:在原燃煤机组拆除改建过程中,因新建机组凝汽器排气量加大,经核算原冷却塔不能满足满发要求。提出了冷却塔优化改造、增大凝汽器面积和提高凝汽器背压等措施。冷却塔优化改造后,冷却塔冷却效率达到了最大化,极大地提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: Abstract:In demolition and reconstruction process of the original coalfired unit, the gas displacement of the condenser of newbuilt unit was enlarged. It was determined by check computation that the original cooling tower can not satisfy the requirement of fullload generation. The optimization measures, such as to reform the cooling tower, to increase the condenser area and to increase the condenser backpressure, were proposed. After the cooling tower was optimized and reformed, the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower was maximized, and the economic efficiency of the unit was improved greatly.
