摘要: 摘要:针对三门核电 #1机组Q601机械模块临时就位位置不能满足尾项施工需要的情况,通过分析现场各种制约因素,制定了现场尾项施工前模块的整体二次移位、吊装和固定方案,同时根据模块自身的尾项状态,确定了搭建脚手架施工平台的方法,并设计了物项吊装的临时支架,最后论述了模块尾项施工的基本流程。

Abstract: Abstract:The temporary location of the Q601 mechanical module of unit No.1 in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant could not meet the requirements of the outstanding items construction. Aiming at above problem, various restriction factors in site were analyzed, and the module integral secondary shifting, lifting and fixing scheme of Q601 module before site outstanding items construction was developed. Meanwhile, according to the outstanding items condition of the module, the scheme of erecting scaffold for construction platform was decided, and the temporary support used for items lifting was designed. At last, the basic flow chart for construction of the outstanding items was expounded.
