Abstract: Abstract:The well maintenance of the inside of boiler, which was stopped as standby for long term, is the basic premise for ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler. The corrosion is important factor to shorten the service life of the boiler stopped as standby for long term. Taking the boiler optimized maintenance method of Fujian Huadian Shaowu Power Generation Company Limited as example, the reasons and the damages of boiler corrosion were analyzed, and the advantages and the disadvantages of various maintenance methods were analyzed. The analysis results are useful for safe and economic maintenance of the boiler.
