摘要: 摘要:以湖南华电长沙发电有限公司一次酸耗增高处理为例,分析了来水水质、树脂质量、树脂量、污染情况、设备因素、酸质量、再生参数控制、水温等可能导致酸耗增高的因素,针对不同影响因素采取了不同的处理措施,成效显著。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the treatment of high acid consumption incident of Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited as example, the factors, which may leading to acid consumption increasing, such as the source water quality, the resin quality, the resin quantity, the pollution, the equipment factors, the acid quality, the regeneration parameter control, the water temperature and others, were analyzed term by term. Aiming at different influencing factors, different treatment measures were adopted, and obvious result was obtained.
