发电机氢冷器端盖法兰漏氢原因分析及对策

摘要: 摘要:某电厂600MW氢冷发电机组的氢冷器端盖法兰多次漏氢,造成机组被迫紧急停运。通过分析确认漏氢原因为密封垫破损,采取优化运行规程、将氢冷器冷却水管更换为不锈钢金属软管、改进发电机氢冷器进/出口冷却水管道支撑等措施后,解决了发电机氢冷器端盖法兰漏氢的问题。

Abstract: Abstract:The hydrogen leakage fault in the hydrogen cooler end flange of the 600MW hydrogencooled generator in a power plant occurred repeatedly, which caused the compelled emergency shutdown of the unit. It was determined by analysis that the reason of the hydrogen leakage fault is breakage of the sealing gasket. The measures, such as to optimize the operating standard, to replace the cooling water tube of the hydrogen cooler by stainless steel flexible pipe, to improve the support of the inlet/outlet cooling water pipes of the generator hydrogen cooler and so on, were adopted, and the hydrogen leakage fault of the generator hydrogen cooler end flange was eliminated.
