双流程凝汽器增设中间水温测点的实践

摘要: 摘要:双流程凝汽器循环水补水添加中水后,凝汽器管内结垢风险增加,通过计算及分析,提出了在双流程凝汽器的返回水室上增设中间水温测点的措施。测点装设后,查清了双流程凝汽器传热效果差及过冷度大的原因,可有效监督凝汽器早期结垢情况及漏空气情况。

Abstract: Abstract:After adding reclaimed water to doublepass condenser, the risk of scale formation in the tube of condenser has increased. According to calculation and analysis, this article brings out the method of adding middle water temperature measuring point in the returning water chamber of doublepass condenser. This method helps find out the reason why the heat transfer of condenser is poor and the degree of supercoiling is high, which can monitor the scale formation and air leakin in air leakin effectively. 
