摘要: 摘要:深圳电网2012年“4·10”大面积停电事件是近年来广东省内损失负荷量最大的一次停电事故。通过对大面积停电事故发生以及调度处理过程的分析,得出了大面积停电事故的原因主要为同一变电站设备短时间内复合故障以及枢纽变电站母线接线不合理,从调度运行及电网规划、电网管理方面提出了避免再次发生类似事故的措施和建议。

Abstract: Abstract:The “4·10” large area blackout accident of Shenzhen Power Grid at 2012 is the blackout accident in Guangdong province with largest load loss in recent years. The occurrence of the large area blackout accident and the treating process of dispatch department were introduced, and the main reasons of the large area blackout accident were summarized, which are combined failures of the equipments in the same substation within a short time and irrational bus connection in the hub substation. Considering dispatching, operation, power grid planning and power grid management, the measures and suggestions were proposed to avoid similar accident.
