摘要: 摘要:湖南华电长沙发电有限公司尝试采用双进双出钢球磨煤机磨制一定比例的印尼低热值高挥发分褐煤,采取了“分磨研制,炉内掺烧”的方式燃用褐煤。在控制制粉系统爆炸、保证人身设备安全和防止锅炉结焦等方面进行了系统的应用研究。为了提高掺烧褐煤的经济性能、规范运行操作方式,根据实际情况,对单磨、掺磨和掺磨比例进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,采取“分磨掺烧,炉内掺混”的方式燃用褐煤是切实可行的。

Abstract: Abstract:The Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited had a try to use the double ended ball mill to mill the blended coal, in which the Indonesia lignite with low calorific value and high volatiles was mixed by certain ratio. A process of “to mill different coal by different mill separately and to mix and burn the different pulverized coals in furnace” was adopted. The system application features, which include how to control the explosion of the coal pulverizing system, how to ensure safety of the persons and equipments and how to prevent cooking in the boiler, were investigated. In order to improve the economic efficiency of the blended lignite combustion and to standardize the operation mode, according to actual conditions, the separately mill process, the blended mill process and the blended ratio were tested and compared with each other. The test results show that to adopt the process of “to mill different coal by different mill separately and to mix and burn the different pulverized coals in the furnace” to burn the lignite is feasible.
