摘要: 摘要:宁夏京能宁东发电有限责任公司磨煤机存在着阻力大、煤粉均匀性差、出力不足的问题,为了解决这些问题,需对磨煤机分离器进行改造。结合磨煤机分离器的特点,对磨煤机分离器改造前后的煤粉细度、均匀性指数、磨煤机电耗等参数进行了对比,分析了磨煤机分离器改造的可行性。磨煤机分离器改造后,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: Abstract:There were defects in the mill of Ningxia Jingneng Ningdong Power Generation Company Limited, which include the larger resistance, the poor uniformity of the pulverized coal, the insufficient output and others. It is needed to reform the mill separator to solve above problems. Combining with the features of the mill separator, the parameters of the mill separator before and after reformation, such as the fineness of the pulverized coal, the uniformity index, the power consumption of the mill and others, were compared. The feasibility of the mill separator reformation was analyzed. After the mill separator was reformed, better result was obtained.
