摘要: 摘要:介绍了声波气体温度测量技术原理,论述了声波气体温度测量系统在600MW燃煤锅炉上的应用情况。在使用过程中,出现了测量温度显示异常和测出的数据不能引入机组分散控制系统等问题,分析了产生问题的原因,提出了解决办法。

Abstract: Abstract:The principle of the sound wave gas temperature measuring technology was introduced. The application of the sound wave gas temperature measuring system in a 600MW coalfired boiler was expounded. In the application process, the fault of abnormal display of measured temperature was found, and the measured data could not be introduced into DCS of the unit. The reasons of the problems were analyzed, and the relevant solutions were proposed.
