电解海水制氯装置在惠州天然气发电公司的应用

摘要: 摘要:海洋生物在海水管道和冷却设备内的附着和生长,会导致海水流量受阻、换热效率下降及形成生物腐蚀。以广东惠州天然气发电有限公司为例,分析了电解海水次氯酸钠发生装置的应用情况,得出了该装置应用于海滨电站的海水系统,可有效防止海洋生物附着和生长的结论。

Abstract: Abstract:The sea creatures grow and adhere to inside of seawater pipe and cooling equipments, which leads to increasing of seawater flow resistance, decreasing of heat exchange efficiency and formation of biological corrosion. Taking Guangdong Huizhou LNG Power Generation Company Limited as example, the application of the electrolyzed seawater chlorination device to produce sodium hypochlorite was introduced. The application effect shows that to use the device in the seawater system of the coastal power plant can effectively prevent the adherence and growing of the sea creatures.
