摘要: 摘要:华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW锅炉风烟系统结构设计及动压测量装置由于自身测量条件的限制,使得锅炉燃烧系统的喷口风速难以准确测量,因而无法准确监测到锅炉一次风的喷口风速,不能有效监测炉膛内的煤粉燃烧工况。对1000MW锅炉风粉在线监测系统进行了改造,在一次风系统中加装了艾佩克斯科技(北京)有限公司生产的MVC系列电站锅炉风粉在线监测系统,彻底解决了锅炉一次风喷口风速不能准确测量的问题。

Abstract: Abstract:In the 1000MW boiler of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, due to the restriction of the air and flue system structure design and the own measuring conditions of the dynamic pressure measuring device, it is difficult to measure the spout air speed of the boiler combustion system correctly. So the spout air speed of the primary air of the boiler could not be monitored correctly, and the pulverized coal combustion condition in the furnace could not be monitored effectively. The online air and pulverized coal monitoring system of the 1000MW boiler was reformed. The MVC series power plant boiler online air and pulverized coal monitoring system manufactured by Apexview Technology (Beijing) Corporation Limited. was installed in the primary air system of the boiler, and the difficulty in measuring of the spout air speed of primary air of the boiler correctly was overcome thoroughly.
