摘要/Abstract

摘要： 摘要：针对发电厂传统的小指标考核办法存在的诸多问题，某发电厂技术人员设计开发了发电厂集控值班员评价系统。该系统实施后，实现了对集控值班员的评价与考核，激发了值班员调整优化机组运行参数指标的积极性，达到了电厂节能降耗的目标。

Abstract: Abstract:To remedy the defects of traditional small index evaluation, some technicians designed power plant centralized control evaluation system. The practical application of the system has effectively assessed and examined power plant attendants, succeeded in stimulating those attendants to take initiatives to adjust and enhance unit operation parameters, and finally achieved energy saving and cost reduction in power plants.
