电厂冲灰水和循环水排污水的回收利用

摘要: 摘要:某电厂将一期灰场冲灰水和循环水排污水回收后,经混凝、澄清和过滤,一部分用于冲灰用水和厂区杂用水,另一部分经超滤加反渗透的全膜法深度处理用于电厂锅炉补给水。介绍了回收利用的工艺流程、设计注意事项、调试过程和运行情况,系统投入运行后,预处理和后处理出水水质稳定,完全满足锅炉补给水处理系统进水水质要求。

Abstract: Abstract:In a power plant project phase I, the ash sluicing water of ash yard and the circulating water blowdown water were recovered. The two kinds of waste water were mixed and treated by coagulation, clarification and filtration processes. Then, a part of the water is used as ash sluicing water and for mixed purposes in plant area, and the another part of the water treated further by ultra-filtration process and the reverse osmosis integrated membrane deep treatment process, and then was used for water make up of the boiler. The process flow, the matters needing attention in design, the debugging process and the operation of the recycling system were introduced. After the system was put into operation, the quality of the pretreatment and aftertreatment output water was stable and can satisfy the requirement of inlet water quality of the boiler make up water treatment system.
