摘要: 摘要:针对丰城二期发电厂700MW超临界机组锅炉实际燃用煤种复杂、煤质较差,导致飞灰含碳量高、锅炉效率偏低的情况,进行了变煤粉细度、变一次风量、变磨煤机组合方式等燃烧调整试验。根据试验结果对锅炉运行方式进行优化,包括合理配煤、确定磨煤机的最佳通风量、及时调整锅炉出口氧量、提高磨煤机磨辊加载油压等。优化后显著提高了锅炉效率,降低了厂用电率及飞灰含碳量,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract: Abstract:In regard to condition of high carbon content in fly ash and low boiler efficiency caused by burning complex coal type and rather poor quality coal in the 700MW supercritical unit boiler of Fengcheng PhaseⅡPower Plant, therefore, combustion adjustment tests have been done to change the condition, such as change fineness of pulverized coal, change primary air flow, and change combination mode of coal mill etc. Optimization has been done for boiler operation mode in accordance with tests result, including choose coal type properly, confirm optimum air flow of coal mill, adjust outlet oxygen volume of boiler in time, increase loading oil pressure of coal mill grinder roll and so on. After optimization, the boiler efficiency has been increased greatly, and decreased station service power consumption rate and carbon content in fly ash, thus achieved favorable economic benefit.
