海外高土壤电阻率地区火电厂接地方案研究

摘要: 摘要:针对柬埔寨某2×60MW燃煤电厂所在地资源的具体条件,在减少换填土量、合理控制成本、保证工期的前提下,提出了具体的接地方案。按照IEEE 80—2000《交流变电站接地安全指南》校验了跨步电压和接触电势允许值,保证全厂接地电阻满足合同要求。

Abstract: Abstract:Aiming at the concrete loca resource condition of the 2×60MW coalfired power plant in Combodia, considering the requirements to reduce the soil replacement amount, to control the cost rationally and to ensure the project duration, the concrete grounding scheme was put forward. According to the rule of the file IEEE 80—2000“Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding”, the permissible values of the step voltage and the contact potential were verified, and it was ensured that the grounding resistance in whole plant can meet the requirement of the project contract.
