摘要: 摘要:针对一起由于人为误操作造成电压互感器(PT)断线未闭锁低电压保护而引发的事故,分析了保护装置PT断线的原理、判断逻辑以及外部电磁式元件对保护装置电压采集回路的影响,对低电压保护动作闭锁逻辑进行了改进和完善,以避免误动事故的发生。

Abstract: Abstract:An undervoltage protection false trip accident was analyzed. The voltage transformer wire broken fault occurred firstly due to operator's incorrect manipulation. Then the PT disconnection did not lock the undervoltage protection. So the undervoltage protection tripped incorrectly. The principle and judgement logic of the protection device PT disconnection were analyzed. The influence of outside electromagnetic elements on the voltage sample circuit of the protection device was investigated. The undervoltage protection lockout logic was improved and perfected, and the false trip accident was avoided.
