摘要: 摘要:广州蓄能水电厂下位机投运至今超过20年,且备品大都已停产,运用新设备、新技术提高设备运行可靠性势在必行。从改造条件梳理、设备选择、改造流程设计等方面着手,设计了一套能在尽可能减少设备停运时间的前提下,解决一系列改造问题的方案,供处理类似问题时参考。

Abstract: Abstract:The monitoring system lower position machine of Guangzhou PumpedStorage Hydropower Plant had been put into operation for more than 20 years. The parts for repair are not available. So it is necessary to upgrade and reform the lower position machine and to use new equipment and new technology to improve the equipment operation reliability. The reformation conditions were combed, the device types were selected, and the reformation process was designed. Then a set of reformation schemes was designed. To implement the schemes can solve a series of reformation problems, and meanwhile, as short as possible equipment stoppage time is needed.
