摘要: 摘要:秦皇岛热电厂320MW燃煤机组一次风机辅机故障减负荷设计中,出现了辅机故障减负荷信号动作后不能顺序停运磨煤机的问题,针对这一问题进行了改进设计。在磨煤机运行的各种情况下,用MATLAB仿真软件对所设计的改进方案进行仿真试验,试验结果表明,改进后的设计方案能够满足机组在辅机故障减负荷时的要求,可以保证机组安全、稳定运行。

Abstract: Abstract:There was some defect in primary air fan RB design of the 320MW coalfired unit of Qinhuangdao Thermal Power Plant, and after the RB signal occurred, the mills can not stop sequentially. Aiming at this problem, the design was improved. Under various operation conditions of the mills, the designed improving scheme was simulated by MATLAB simulation software. The result of the simulation test shows that the improved design scheme can satisfy the RB requirement of the unit, and the unit can operate safely and stably.
