卧轴混流式水轮发电机组轴瓦温度偏高的原因分析及处理

摘要: 摘要:介绍了某水电站卧轴混流式水轮发电机组投运后推力瓦及导轴瓦温度异常升高的问题,对轴瓦温度偏高的原因进行了分析,提出了处理方案。方案实施后,解决了困扰机组安全稳定运行的轴瓦温度偏高甚至烧瓦的顽疾,提高了设备稳定运行的能力。

Abstract: Abstract:In a hydropower station, after the horizontal shaft mixed flow water turbinegenerator unit was put into operation, the temperature of the thrust pad and the guide bearing shoe increased abnormally. The reasons of the higher temperature of the bearing bushes were analyzed. The treatment scheme was proposed. The scheme was implemented, and the chronic disease of higher bearing bush temperature and even bearing bush burning was solved. The ability of the equipment to operate stably was improved.
