摘要: 摘要:介绍了阀门诊断技术在核电站建设和运行维护中的应用,重点介绍了应力传感器和数据采集单元等核心技术部件,分析了阀门诊断技术在火电、冶金和石油化工等行业应用的前景,肯定了我国企业对于阀门诊断设备的研发和生产能力,并对诊断设备国产化的推动提出了建议。

Abstract: Abstract:The application of valve diagnosis technology in construction, operation and maintenance of nuclear power stations was introduced. The core technical parts, such as stress transducer and data acquisition unit, were introduced emphatically. The application prospect of the valve diagnosis technology in thermal power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and other industries was analyzed. The capability of domestic enterprises in development and manufacturing of valve diagnosis devices was affirmed, and some suggestions were given for promoting domesticization of the valve diagnosis equipments.
