摘要： 摘要：以中国石油大庆石化公司热电厂 #1锅炉的球磨机为例，采用失效钢球自动剔除技术对DTM350/600球磨机进行优化控制，在球磨机出口端安装自动剔除装置，在线清理球磨机的失效钢球及杂物，克服了传统筛选方法的缺点，同时降低了球磨机能耗，提高了球磨机的出力，延长了球磨机构件的使用寿命，避免了锅炉结渣，在达到建设目标的同时保证了整个生产过程的安全和稳定。

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the boiler No.1 ball mills of production center of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company as example, the automatic disabled ball elimination technology was adopted to optimize the control of ball mill DTM350/600. The automatic elimination device was installed in the outlet of the mill, which can eliminate the disabled steel balls and the sundries of the ball mill online. The disadvantages of traditional screening method were overcome. At the same time, the energy consumption of the ball mill was reduced, the output capacity of the ball mill was increased, the service life of the structural parts of the mill was lengthened, and the boiler slag was avoided. The safety and the stability of the production process were ensured.
