摘要: 摘要:介绍了一种渗滤液的回喷处理技术,适用于机械炉排式垃圾焚烧炉,主要原理是将垃圾渗滤液经过适当的预处理后,利用压缩空气雾化并直接喷入炉膛进行焚烧,工艺系统简单可靠,抗负荷波动能力极强,无害化处理彻底,无二次污水排放,建安和运营费用低廉,已在多个垃圾焚烧发电厂成功应用,适合在垃圾热值较高的城市推广。

Abstract: Abstract:A leachate backejecting treatment technology was introduced. The technology is suitable for mechanical gratetype garbage incinerating boiler. The first step is to pretreat the garbage leachate, the sequent step is to use compressed air to atomize the pretreated leachate and eject it into furnace to incinerate. The technology system is simple and reliable and has strong capability to adapt to load fluctuation. The backejecting incineration technology is true harmless treatment and does not cause secondary sewage discharge. The costs of the construction, installation and operation of the garbage backejecting treatment system are lower. The technology system was applied in multiple garbage incineration power plants successfully and is worth of popularization in the cities where the caloric value of the garbage is higher.
