摘要:东方锅炉股份有限公司自主研发的DG1025/17.4-Ⅱ18型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在实际应用中存在炉内受热面磨损、屏式受热面超温、排烟温度高、飞灰可燃物高等问题,福建华电永安发电有限公司在2台300MWCFB锅炉建设中不断开展设计优化,提出了具体的优化措施,解决了东锅300MW CFB锅炉存在的问题,提高了机组投运后的安全性、经济性、稳定性及可靠性。

Abstract:

Abstract:The DG1025/17.4-II 18 circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilerresearched and developed by Dongfang Boiler Group Company Limited has problems of inner heating surface abrasion,platen heating surface overheat,high exhaust gas temperature and high combustibles in fly ash. Fujian Huadian Yongan Power Plant Company Limitedhad improved the design of two units of 300 MW CFB boilers while construction,and solved aforesaid problems and increase the safety,economic efficiency,stability and reliability while operation.
