摘要:对某火电厂空气压缩机轴颈断裂原因进行分析。宏观检验、力学性能测试及金相组织分析表明,空气压缩机轴颈断裂的原因是补焊工艺不当产生了冷裂纹,同时, 该轴制造质量不佳、机械性能不良,运行过程中轴颈频繁承受加载、卸载的扭转力矩,加快了裂纹的扩展,最终导致断裂。最后给出了加强入厂检验、尽量避免补焊的处理建议。

Abstract:
Abstract:Based on the accident of fracture of a power plant’s air compressor journal,the author carried out macroscopic test,mechanics performance test and metallographic structure exam,and indicated that the main reason of fracture is cold crack caused by improper welding technique.The author also claimed that the poor mechanical properties accelerated the extension of the crack,and suggested that to enhance pre installed inspection andavoid repair welding if possible.
