摘要：某电厂对６３０ＭＷ超临界机组启动分离器液位计管座进行检查时，发现管座角焊缝融合区出现裂纹。对开裂原因进行了分析，根据启动分离器的结构和材质特点制定了管座角焊缝补焊和热处理工艺，并提出了预防措施，确保机组的正常运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:There were cracks in the fusion zone of the socket fillet welds when the start up water level meters were checked.The cause for cracks was analyzed.Based on the start up separator’s structure and material characteristics,the repair welding and the heat treatment procedure were made.The precautions were made to prevent the cracks and make sure the power unit run safe.
