摘要:某厂发电机定子冷却水pH值、电导率及铜的质量浓度出现异常,分析了原因并采取了对应措施,但初期效果不明显。停机后,通过对定子冷却水系统进行正、反冲洗,发现定子冷却水防虹吸管扩容器的焊缝处开裂,重新补焊后成功消除异常现象。

Abstract:

Abstract:Since the pH value,electrical conductivity and copper content of stator cooling water in plant generator are abnormal,correspondent actions are taken;while,the initial effect is not obvious.After the shutdown and complete flushing of stator cooling water system,the problem is that the expander weld of stator cooling water anti siphon pipe is cracking as a result of large generator vibration.The problem is sorted out through re-welding.
