摘要:现代大型发电厂的6kV厂用电大多为中性点不接地系统,某些运行人员对一相接地和电压互感器(PT)高压侧一相熔断器熔断故障辨识不清,容易造成误判断。通过分析电气原理,结合事故案例,提出两类故障的处理方法,并总结出两类故障的本质区别。 有助于运行人员快速判断并及时处理, 保证电力系统安全运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:Modern large scale power plants with 6kV are mostly using neutral point ungrounded system.Some of operators are easy to make misjudgment of one line grounding and PT fuse failure.Based on the electrical principle and case study,this paper brought up two types of trouble shooting methods and the difference between this two types,which helps operators judging and handling obstacles are put forward.
