摘要：机组启停是燃煤发电机组生产过程中能耗较高的特殊阶段，为最大限度降低机组启停过程中的能源消耗，某公司摸索出了一套通过机组启停节能评价提高机组能耗管理水平的方法。对机组启停全过程涉及的管理措施、技术措施和用时等做出了详细的要求与规定，使机组启停过程的节能效果在定性分析的基础上有了定量的评价，大幅降低了启停过程中的各种能源消耗。

Abstract:

Abstract:Unit start stop is a special process that with high energy consumption.To lower the energy consumption while start stop,a company indicated a way to strengthen the unit energy consumption management by unit start stop energy saving evaluation.This paper provided detailed requirements and regulations for management measures,technical measures that evolved in start stop process.This included quantitative evaluation into energy saving evaluation of start stop process,and significantly reduced energy saving of start stop process.
