摘要: 摘要:110kV进线备用电源自动投入装置多用在终端负荷变电站,由于站内母线不配置母线差动保护,当母线发生故障时,一般为永久性故障,无法闭锁备自投装置,导致备用电源自动投入装置动作,使备用电源合闸故障母线,对变电设备造成多次冲击。以单母分段进线备用电源自动投入装置为例,提出根据进线侧线路电流的变化判断母线是否故障的方法,以此作为是否闭锁备自投工作的条件。

Abstract: Abstract:The automatic bus transfer equipment for 110kV input line is almost used in terminal load substations. The bus differential protection is not configured in these substations. The bus faults are permanent faults commonly. Under this condition, the automatic bus transfer equipment did not be locked out and acted to switch the standby power on the failed bus, which caused impact on the transformer repeatedly. Taking the automatic bus transfer equipment for single bus segmentation input line as example, it was proposed to investigate the input side line current and to judge the bus fault according to the variation of the input line current, and the judge result can be used as decision condition to lock out the automatic bus transfer equipment.
