摘要: 摘要:介绍了某发电公司因一次风机失速而导致锅炉主燃料跳闸的问题,分析了一次风机失速的原因,提出了防范措施,完善了一次风机快减负荷保护逻辑。在增加一次风压低快减负荷保护逻辑后,可有效防止因一次风机失速而导致的锅炉主燃料跳闸,保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract: Abstract:In a power generation company, the boiler MFT accident occurred caused by stall fault of the primary air fan. The reasons of the stall fault of the primary air fan were analyzed. The preventive measures were proposed. The RB protection logic of the primary air fan was perfected. The runback protection logic of low primary air pressure was added, and the MFT accident due to stall fault of primary air fan can be avoided. So the safe operation of the unit was ensured.
