摘要: 摘要:某电厂1000MW机组启动过程中,汽轮机冲转至3000r/min时润滑油压力偏低,交流润滑油泵、启动油泵电流偏大。机组重新停运后进入汽轮机润滑油箱检查,发现主油泵出口至油涡轮增压泵入口管道堵头掉落,造成润滑油系统油涡轮增压泵出力不足。将堵头重新安装并固定后,机组启动汽轮机冲转至3000r/min时,润滑油系统各项参数正常。

Abstract: Abstract:In startup process of the 1000MW unit of a power plant, when the rotate speed of the turbine increased to 3000r/min, the lubricating oil pressure became lower, and the currents of the AC lubricating oil pump and the startup oil pump became larger. The unit was shut down for inspection. It was found by inspection inside the lubricating oil box that the plug of the inlet pipe of the oil turbine booster pump from the main oil pump outlet fell out, which caused the output of the oil turbine booster pump of the lubricating oil system to be insufficient. The plug was reinstalled and fixed, and the fault was eliminated.
