低低温省煤器在30MW机组上的应用

摘要: 摘要:华能某热电厂30MW机组锅炉排烟温度偏高,造成锅炉效率偏低,影响电除尘器效率。在空气预热器出口至除尘器入口烟道增设低低温省煤器本体,利用锅炉排烟余热加热疏水箱补水,可降低除尘器入口烟温,提高机组经济性和除尘器效率。系统投运后,除尘器入口烟温可控制在90~95℃,除尘器效率大大提高。

Abstract: Abstract:In a 30MW thermal power plant of China Huaneng Group, boilers’ flue gas temperature is overhigh, undermining boilers and electric dust collector efficiency. By installing low temperature fuel economizer body between the air preheater s outlet and the precipitator’s intake, and heating the drain tank with boiler waste heat to replenish water, flue gas temperature around the precipitator intake can be reduced, so can the unit economy and dust collector efficiency. After the application of system, flue temperature around the precipitator inlet has been successfully maintained between 90~95℃, and precipitator efficiency greatly improved.
